This myNAVAC privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store and share the information when you use our services and/or products, as well as the way we provide for access of information visit, query, update, deletion and protection. The Privacy Policy is closely related to the services of myNAVAC products and the functions of the product you use. Please read the Policy carefully. Make sure you have fully understood it and you can make appropriate choices according to the guidelines of this Policy before using our products and/or services.

 

If you use, or continue to use our products and/or services after the Policy update (we will remind you when any update is available), it means that you agree to the content of the Policy (including updated versions) and agree that we collect, use, store and share your relevant data in accordance with this Policy.

While we provide services, we may collect, store and use the following information. You cannot register as our user, or access some services, or achieve some expected results if relevant information is not provided.

The personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, e-mail, location, company address, etc., for registering our account or using our services.

The shared information provided by you to other parties through our services, and the information stored when you use our services.

We may collect the following information when you use our products and/or services:

-Log Data (Technical information which may be automatically collected by the system through cookies, web beacon or other methods when you use our services), including:

Device or software information, such as the configurations of your mobile device, web browser or other programs used to access our services, your IP address and version & identification code of your mobile device;

Device or hardware information, including device name, mac address, serial number, manufacturing date, usage time, operating parameters, measurement data, etc.;

Information searched or explored when using our services, such as key words and url addresses, as well as other information requested when you browse or  use our services;

Information about the mobile applications (APP) and other software you have used; information about your communication through our services, such as account number, time, data and duration;

File information (metadata) after sharing through our services, such as date, time or location of the shared photos or videos taken or uploaded.

 

-Location Information (We may collect and store information about your location if you enable location services on your device), including:

Geo-location information collected through GPS or WiFi, etc. when you use our services through a mobile device with positioning function;

Real-time location information provided by you or other users, such as the location provided in the account information, or shared information posted by you or others that shows your current or previous geographic location, or location information tagged in photos shared by you or others.

If you do not want us to collect location information, you may disable the location feature on your mobile device.

· When you use some functions of the APP, such as product registration and profile picture settings, you need to allow storage permissions and camera permissions.

 

2. How we may use collected information

We may use the information collected for the following purposes:

to provide you with services;

to ensure security of our products and services for identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes;

to help us introduce new services and improve existing services;

to enable us to better understand how you access and use our services, so as to respond to your personalized needs, such as language settings, location settings, personalized help services and instructions etc.;

to provide you with interest-based ads;

to make software certification or upgrade management;

to invite you to participate in surveys about our products and services

 

In order to offer better experience, improve our services or for other uses that you agree to, and, we may summarize the information collected through a certain service or use the information in a personalized way for our other services subject to relevant laws and regulations. For example, the information collected when you use one of our services may be used in another service to provide you with specific content, or to show you relevant non-general push information. You may also authorize us to use the information provided and stored for other services if the options are available to select.

 

3. How to manage your personal data

We will strive to take all proper technological measures to ensure your access, update and correction of the registration information and use of other personal data when using our services. Identity verification may be required for account security reason when accessing, updating, correcting and deleting the aforementioned information.

2) You can cancel your account. You can call the service hotline to apply for account cancellation. We will complete the cancellation within 15 working days.Regarding the way you cancel your account and the conditions you should meet, please refer to the "User Cancellation Agreement" attached to this privacy policy. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products and/or services, and according to your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information.

 

4. Information protection

We attach great importance to the security of personal information and will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We will only maintain your personal information in the necessary period for the purpose described in the Privacy Policy and within the time limit required by laws and regulations.

 

We use various security technologies and programs to prevent the loss, improper use, unauthorized reading or disclosure of the information. For instance, we will use encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect the provided personal information in some services. Please be aware, however, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information due to technical limitations and potential malicious methods in internet, even if we do the best to strengthen security measures. The system and communication network you use to access our services may have problems caused by factors beyond our control.

 

5. Information push service

We may use your information to send e-mails, news or push notifications to your device when you use our services. If you do not want to receive such information, cancel subscription on your device.

We may issue service-related notifications to you when necessary (for example, when a service is suspended due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel such notifications.

The SDK-related situations involved in the use of user information in our APP are listed one by one. The details are as follows:

SDK type: push notification

SDK description: Used to implement message push (or other push) function SDK usage business scenario: Recommend activities and reminders to users.

 

2) Google Maps:

 

SDK type: location targeting

 

SDK description: used to achieve positioning is the device location information, which is displayed in the device record

 

Types of personal information collected: device information, geographic location, network information

Device information: device identifier (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID and other related information), application information (application crash information, notification switch status, software list and other related information), device parameters and system information (device type, device Model, operating system and hardware

Related information).

Network information: IP address, WiFi information, base station information and other related information.

Purpose/reason of use: Recommend events and reminders to users.

6. Revisions and notices of the Policy

We may revise the terms of this Policy from time to time. If the revision results in a substantial reduction of your rights under this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version in the website, or send you an e-mail or other notification before the changes become effective. In this case, if you continue to use our products or services, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.

Annex I:

"User Logout Agreement"

Before you cancel your account, please fully read, understand and agree to the following:

I would like to remind you in good faith that your cancellation of your myNAVAC account will cause us to terminate the provision of this service to you and will also cause a lot of inconvenience to your rights protection. After the logout is successful, we will delete your personal information to keep it in a state where it cannot be retrieved or accessed, or anonymize it. You know and understand that according to relevant laws and regulations, relevant records must be kept at myNAVAC for 1 year or longer.

1. If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(1) There are no disputes on the account, including complaints or reports;

(2) The account is an account in normal use and there is no record of account restriction;

2. During the period of myNAVAC account cancellation, if yourmyNAVAC account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by state authorities, etc., myNAVAC has the right to terminate the cancellation of this myNAVAC account without additional information. Your consent.

3. Please be sure to unbind other related accounts before submitting the cancellation application. For details, please contact our customer service.

4. Once the myNAVAC account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please back up all the information and data related to the account before proceeding. If you cancel your myNAVAC account, you will no longer be able to use your myNAVAC account, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information related to your myNAVAC account (even if you use the same mobile phone number to register again and use myNAVAC ), including but not limited to :

(1) You will not be able to log in or use the myNAVAC account;

(2) The personal data and historical information of the myNAVACaccount (including but not limited to user name, nickname, avatar, reservations, etc.) will not be retrieved;

(3) All the records of myNAVAC’s websites/APPs that you log in with your myNAVAC account will not be able to retrieve. You will no longer be able to log in and use the aforementioned services. You understand and agree that myNAVAC cannot assist you to restore the aforementioned services.

5. The cancellation of the myNAVAC account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of the myNAVAC account are exempted or reduced.

Final interpretation.

The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to NAVAC Inc.
