Additionally, it explains the procedures for accessing, asking questions about, updating, deleting, and safeguarding information. This Policy is closely connected to myNAVAC's services and the features of NAVAC mobile application-enabled tools. We encourage you to carefully read and fully understand this Policy before using our products and/or services, enabling you to make informed decisions in line with its guidelines.
We commit to promptly notifying you of any updates to this Policy. By choosing to use or continuing to use our products and/or services following any Policy updates, you signify your agreement to the content of this Policy. Moreover, you consent to our collection, usage, storage, and sharing of your relevant data in accordance with this Policy.

When you utilize our services, we may collect, store, and use the following information. Please note that failure to provide relevant information may result in the inability to register as our user, access certain services, or achieve expected results.
1.Information You Provide: This includes your personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, email, location, company address, etc., which is required for registering our account or using our services. It also encompasses information shared by you to other parties through our services and information stored during your use of our services.
2.Information Shared by Other Parties: This pertains to shared information about you provided by other parties while using our services.

ii.Device or hardware information, including device name, MAC address, serial number, manufacturing date, usage time, operating parameters, measurement data, etc.
iii.Information searched or explored when using our services, such as keywords and URL addresses, as well as other information requested during browsing or service usage. This also includes information about the mobile applications and other software you have used, as well as information about your communication through our services, such as account number, time, data, and duration.
iv.File information (metadata) after sharing through our services, such as the date, time, or location of the shared photos or videos taken or uploaded.
b.Location Information: We may collect and store information about your location if you enable location services on your device. This includes:
i.Geo-location information collected through GPS or WiFi when you use our services through a mobile device capable of determining your precise location. If you do not wish for us to collect location information, you may disable the location feature on your mobile device.
ii.Real-time location information provided by you or other users, such as location provided in the account information or shared information posted by you or others showing your current or previous geographic location, or location information tagged in photos shared by you or others.
4.Additional Device Permissions: When you utilize certain functions of the APP, such as product registration and profile picture settings, you may need to grant storage and camera permissions.
Usage of Information
We may use the collected information for the following purposes:
1.To Provide Services.
2.Ensuring Security: We employ the information for identity verification, customer service, security measures, fraud prevention, archival, and backup purposes to safeguard our products and services.
3.Improving Services: The information aids in introducing new services and enhancing existing ones. It enables us to better understand how you access and use our services, allowing us to cater to your personalized needs such as language and location settings, customer services, and instructions.
4.Interest-Based Advertising: We may use the collected data to provide you with ads tailored to your interests.

To enhance your experience, improve our services, or for other uses with your consent, we may aggregate the collected information or use it in a personalized manner for our other services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You have the option to authorize us to use the provided and stored information for other services, if available.
Personal Data Management

For security reasons, identity verification may be necessary when accessing, updating, correcting, or deleting the aforementioned information.
You may cancel your account at any time. Simply contact us to request account cancellation. We will process the cancellation within 15 working days. For details regarding the account cancellation process and the associated conditions, please refer to the"Account Cancellation Agreement"attached to this privacy policy.
Upon account cancellation, we will promptly delete your personal information upon your request unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue providing you with partial or complete services.

We prioritize the security of personal information and will implement all reasonable measures to safeguard it. Your personal information will only be retained for the necessary period as described in the Privacy Policy and within the time limits mandated by applicable laws and regulations.

For example, we utilize encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect provided personal information in certain services. However, it's important to note that despite our best efforts to enhance security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information due to technical limitations and potential malicious methods on the internet. Please be advised that the system and communication network used to access our services may encounter issues beyond our control.
Notification Service
When you use our services, we may utilize your information to send emails, news, or push notifications to your device. If you prefer not to receive such information, you can unsubscribe at any time. However, please note that certain major service-related notifications, such as those regarding system maintenance suspensions, may be issued, and you may not be able to unsubscribe from them.
To facilitate the sending of notifications, the myNAVAC APP utilizes the JPush SDK service provided by Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and its affiliates ("JG"). This SDK service encompasses the following items:
1.JG Aurora
a.SDK type: Push Notification
b.SDK description: Used to implement message push or other push functions.
c.Purpose/Reason for Use: Recommending activities and/or suggest reminders.

2.Google Maps
a.SDK type: Location Targeting
b.SDK description: Used to obtain device location information for display in the device record.
c.Types of Personal Information Collected:
i.Device Information: Device identifier (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID, and other related information), application information (application crash information, notification switch status, software list, and other related information), device parameters, and system information (device type, device model, operating system, and hardware-related information).
Network Information: IP address, WiFi information, base station information, and other related information.
d.Purpose/Reason for Use: Recommending events and reminders to users.
Revisions of the Policy & Notification
We reserve the right to revise the terms of this Policy periodically. If such revisions substantially diminish your rights under this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on our website and contact you before the changes take effect. By continuing to use our products or services after such revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Policy.

Appendix 1: Account Cancellation Agreement
Before proceeding with the cancellation of your myNAVAC account, please carefully read, understand, and agree to the following terms:
We would like to remind you that canceling your myNAVAC account may result in the discontinuation of partial or complete services, and NAVAC Inc. cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience regarding the protection of your rights caused by account cancellation. Upon successfully logging out of your account and submitting a cancellation request, we will proceed to delete your personal information, store it in a non-retrievable or inaccessible state, or anonymize it. Please note that according to relevant laws and regulations, certain records must be retained in the myNAVAC database for at least one year.
1.If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, your account must meet the following conditions simultaneously:
a.There are no ongoing disputes, complaints, or reports associated with the account.
b.The account is in normal use and has no history of account restrictions.
2.During the myNAVAC account cancellation process, if disputes arise involving your account, such as complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, or investigations by state authorities, NAVAC Inc. reserves the right to terminate the cancellation process without further notice.
3.Please ensure that you unbind any related accounts before requesting cancellation. For further details, please contact our customer service.
4.Once your myNAVAC account is canceled, it cannot be restored. Please ensure to back up all relevant information and data associated with the account if needed. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to the account, and any content or information related to the account will be permanently inaccessible, even if you attempt to register again using the same mobile phone number. This includes, but is not limited to:
a.Inability to log in or use the myNAVAC account.
b.Inability to retrieve personal data and historical information associated with the myNAVAC account (such as username, nickname, avatar, job records, etc.).
c.Inability to access records of myNAVAC website or third-party APPs previously logged in with your myNAVAC account.
You acknowledge and agree that NAVAC Inc. cannot assist in restoring the aforementioned services.
5.The cancellation of your myNAVAC account does not absolve or reduce your responsibilities for actions and obligations incurred prior to the cancellation.
